Up to a certain amount in a certain period of time, both can withdraw money without any obligations, replenishment without restrictions. If the amount or number of withdrawals is exceeded, confirmation of a second person is required. Is this possible in Russia without hemorrhoids?

The legislator does not provide for such an option. Only prescribe the nuances in the contract, if any bank will deal with this.
