I want to buy a .ee domain (it fits well with the name of a small project) but I am not a resident of Estonia, I do not have a residence permit and I have no friends from the EU in Estonia. Tell me how should I be?

They offer $59 a domain and $24 for being an admin contact, as I understand it.
