How to bulk update wordpress site grid without plugins (git or bash)?

There are several dozen sites on wordpress, on different hostings and VPS.
Updating is 2 times faster through GIT, linking with hosting and bitbucket as a link.

How can I update only a couple of plugins and themes locally, and then bulk update on all sites?

GIT and bash come to mind, but technically I don't know how to implement it.
