The idea is this: allow registration on the site only from a certain IP.
When registering, the user will be given a link created through an online vpn service.
Post the link for registration with a picture so that the bots do not find it.
How much will this reduce the number of bots on standard Joomla/Wordpress/DokuWiki engines?

It's easier to allow the user to post data but not write to the database. Then write that for publication - specify e-mail.
If there is a user - ask for a password, if not - a confirmation link to the mail and a message so that he confirms the posting.
Click on the link from the letter - you will have a cloud of information for analysis and if everything is bad - ask him to play a captcha)
