Online ordering a taxi on Wordpress?

Good day to all!
There is a task: to make a site on Wordpress (! No options here), the need for the following functionality:
- For the user: online ordering a taxi, a personal account for the user with viewing the history of orders, payment via PayPal.
- For admin: viewing orders, reporting for a certain period.
Suggest plugins to accomplish this task.

Woocommerce will cover everything. Just rename the Goods to Orders.
