Joomla news module doesn't work properly with URL?

There is a site v-turs.ru on the left under the menu there is a block with news. Now there is some news.
If you follow this news from the main page, then the URL will be: v-turs.ru/31-novosti/137-my-obnovili-sajt.html with the heading "Main page" and should be "We have updated the site!"
If you click on this news, for example, from the page "Hot tours", then there will be a URL: v-turs.ru/goryashchie-tury/31-novosti/137-my-obnov... with the heading "Hot tours" and should be "We have updated website!"
Why is this happening? how to make a news item have one unique url? I am using the standard news output module. And how can I get rid of numbers in urls.

In joomle, you need to make menu items for almost everything, then there will be no numbers in the urls and the structure will work correctly. You need to create a menu item News, if it is not needed for display - hide it. The same goes for articles. If it’s not broken, then you need to make your own menu item for each news item, then there will be no numbers. If it's broken, then you need to install a third-party component to create the necessary urls or change the router file inside Joomla. Or wait for Joomla 3.5 - they promised to remove the numbers))
