We need a website with several pages with a personal account.
The site is static and the information on it will be updated extremely rarely, in the personal account it is necessary to organize:
selecting a product from the list and manually adding the order number and the wallet number from which the payment was received (the users of the resource register themselves)
History and personal information
In the future, it is planned to automate payments and various withdrawal methods, multilanguage and multicurrency.

More important is flexibility, extensibility - take the framework
Personal account - this is a dynamic site in fact.
I think it's better for you to find a developer and work on the technology with which he has experience. Because if you find a developer with CMS experience and ask / force / convince him to do it on the framework, the project may be delayed and not very successful.
