CMS for private postings with division by user groups + mailing list
I am in search of a more or less ready-made solution in terms of content management.
The tasks are as follows:
- maintaining various user groups
- each user group is provided with its own content (or for several groups)
- if it is possible to register users using an extended questionnaire with pre-moderation and confirmation of registration via SMS, then this is generally great.
In fact, a closed portal with a paid subscription to content is planned. No deceptions such as diets and horoscopes.
I would be grateful for any hints.

Exactly what you are looking for, that is, a ready-made box from this and without unnecessary nonsense - you are unlikely to find this. Order such a CMS from someone, do it there for a couple of weeks, if without attaching templates. If you order - I strongly advise that the project be completed on Django - the framework is developing very actively and some of the things you are talking about can generally be done in a couple of hours :)
Counterquestion.
1) How urgently is such a system needed?
2) What exactly do you not like with WordPress/Drupal solutions? Because there is a feeling of reticence, because the specified functionality is implementable on these engines.
