I am working on one project. He will not be able to survive on his own, only as part of a social network - groups, photos / albums, a wall, friends, messages (chats), etc.
The project itself is ~30% ready. Those. there is no time to write for everything else a semblance of a social network.
Now I thought that I could take something ready and rewrite the functionality as a module for the selected engine.
Wishlist:
- everything above + custom blogs
- fast work speed
- not a high threshold of entry
- the ability to write your own plugins / modules / add-ons
- admin panel for existing functionality
No matter paid or free, the main thing is to be able to test on local.
I know about the existence of social engine and dolphin cms from boonex, but I would like to explore more options...

And a free system livestreet . Free and promising, under development.
It would be better to start from your project itself - from here you can build a connection strategy.
Maybe just a blog with the ability to comment and automatically send messages / posts to social groups ...
