How to change page design for modx office?

Just started to get acquainted with modx revo and the Office component.
How do I change the design for the profile page, order history and login form?
The documentation simply lists the available options for specifying chunks, but how should these chunks be styled? What variables are available in them, etc.?

I suppose, as in any other modx application, you call the snippet, you specify the name of the chunk in it (which you create yourself, with any name), in the chunk html code
