How to bulk change font size in photoshop?

There is a PSD in which, say, 200 Font-frame elements, it has some text in it. We need to massively increase the font size in all these elements and reduce the spacing between characters ( font tracking ).
Is it possible ?

All layers with text are selected and the required parameters are specified in the text properties panel.
