Hello, please explain to me, to the stupid, how to build it correctly. In the Project folder it says "No SDK" As I understand it, I need to select the desired Jetty library in the Modules folder?

The SDK is a Software Development Kit. IDEA tells you that it does not know which SDK your project is on, you need to specify in the SDK settings (the path to the folder where the Java SDK is installed) and you will be happy.
