Web/PhpStorm periodically "loses" the clipboard... how to fix?

That is, if I copy the text somewhere in another program, I can’t paste it into Web / PhpStorm in any way. Only restarting the latter helps ... has anyone come across? are there any treatments?

This is a known platform-wide bug . So far there is no solution. Unfortunately, it has a normal priority, it will take a long time to wait for a fix (the report is already six months old).

they are written in Java, I think there are glitches from here. Submit to the JetBrains bug report. In general, Sublime Text is quite suitable for the web.
