How to build a route in OSRM bypassing the street?

There is a task - to build routes based on OpenStreet maps. Found OSRM - a great thing, it works very fast.
There was a second task - to exclude some streets from the routes. (for example, to build a route bypassing the Moscow Ring Road)

It seems that there is no such functionality out of the box. You will have to change the original data (prohibit driving on the street assecc:motor_vehicle=no) and rebuild the profile with new data.
