How to label OpenStreetMaps - countries, cities, places...?
There are some a) countries b) countries and cities c) just cities e) places
in the test file. Or in csv - there are not many of them, so I can convert manually and quickly.
We need to put all this on OpenStreetMaps. And to be able to insert to your site.
*And* then be able to edit — add, delete — and regenerate...
How to do it? I read and read and didn't understand.
We need a standard, generally accepted method (s), and not just a hack - "but you can do it like this ...."

Some kind of this Leaflet is too simple, of course it is enough for this task, but I liked OpenLayers - in general, a monster, a lot of functions.
The requirement of a "conventional" way is meaningless.
Take leaflet.js, connect the OSM map, put your data in GeoJSON, connect it to the map. "Insert yourself on the site."
If you know at least something, you will have enough training materials at https://leafletjs.com
If you don’t know how, study first. Or pay a freelancer who can.
