The bottom line is: I have a lot of points around the perimeter of the city and I need the shortest route to be calculated by entering the address and displayed. At the moment, this is implemented with one point. As far as I understand, it would be possible to lay all routes and check for the number of km from the point to the user, but I don’t really understand how to make more than 1 route through the Yandex.maps api

And according to your mind, you need to build isochrones once for the whole city from your centers and it will immediately be clear which one to choose. But Yandex is certainly not an assistant here.
