There was such a problem, I'm trying to bring the home server (Separately assembled box) to the Internet, specifically - launching the Minecraft server, bought a white IP, forwarded ports through the router, made the correct settings for the server config, entered the necessary rules into the firewall parameters, then completely turned it off.
Absolutely nothing helps, Ubuntu OS, but the same thing on Windows. I don't understand what's the matter

Forget about home servers for now, about ports - check the forwarding, you can connect the server directly for the test.
