How to boot into GRUB and not into Windows?
Installed Windows 8.1 and Archlinux on a laptop (gpt disk, uefi). Installed grub in archlinux, but windows still loads. How to force uefi to load grub?

In order to leave comments, you need to log in
1. Go to BIOS \ UEFI to check the currently connected UEFI applications to boot. There, in addition to the Windows Bootloader, GRUB must be present.
2. If it is not there, then you need to select Create, specify anything in the name, and in the Path item, write GRUB: /EFI/Boot/grubx64.efi (the path may differ slightly)
3. Disable Secure Boot or configure it correctly, but there are such crutches that sometimes it's easier to disable
4. Set the boot order accordingly, select the required item
Here are the instructions for setting up Secure Boot: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Unified_Exten...
Arch has its own documentation regarding Secure Boot, but somehow it didn’t work out for me, it’s just that my asus refuses to boot and falls out with an incorrect file signature error.
