Connection is impossible either by invitation or by ip, for them the server is not reflected in the available ..

There are several options for solving the problem
1. It is possible that before you the server was used for other purposes and fell under the distribution of Roskomnadzor (I can make a mistake in the name of the organization, I am not a resident of the Russian Federation)
2. It is in your Data Center that there is a game firewall (in addition to the usual one), where you definitely need to open the game ports and the request port.
3. High ping to some regions of the CIS also affects, so it's better to choose a server in Poland than in Canada or France.
