How to boot from a discrete graphics card?

Can you please tell me how to boot from a discrete video card? What exactly should I look for and switch in the BIOS? Only without hardware methods such as manually turning off the video card, please. I won't go there. I don't know much about computer internals...
I have this bios: https://screencloud.net/v/wgmGu

Clear. Built-in is integrated. Discrete is just your Radeon.
Take out the video card, and then you can boot from the built-in one. The BIOS, in the absence of a discrete card, will launch the integrated one. There is no other way (on stationary PCs). Pulling out the video card is not difficult, and there is nothing wrong with that.
Interested in why such a download is needed? Maybe the problem is somewhere else?
