The computer does not see the video card, what could be the reasons?

There are two computers. One of them sees both video cards, the second only one of them, the second does not want to see, it starts with the built-in processor.
1st computer that sees both cards:
- GIGABYTE B450M S2H
- AMD Ryzen 5 2600
2nd computer sees only one of the two cards:
- ASUS H110M-K
- Intel I5 6400
Video card that both builds see - Nvidia Geforce GTX 950
Video card that only sees assembly on AMD - ASUS GeForce 9800 GT
- in uefi set to start not with a discrete one
- updated uefi
- changed the power supply
- danced with a tambourine
