How to block an app on Android?

It is necessary for the google application to prohibit self-start (even after a reboot), self-update and even check for new versions. WITHOUT AUXILIARY APPS. Prompt the direction of the search for a solution.

Play market -> open the account menu -> settings -> Auto-update applications -> (Never)
and double-check in the application itself so that the updates are not checked in the settings. It works for me 100% (when updating Chrome, the Chrome error crashes endlessly). I did that and everything is ok. Chrome pre-rolled back to the earliest version
