CNC in DLE for Google?

Hello. For some reason, Google Webmaster thinks that
/5-otzyvy.html
/?newsid=5&seourl=post
/?newsid=5 are the
same pages.
how to set up the cnc so that when you access the second or third link, it redirects to the first one?

IMHO, just don't bother with it :) Google is not cold from this, not hot
like other search engines
