Received 2 emails about added new video on Youtube, how to fix it?

Since yesterday, 2 notifications have been sent to the mail about a new video added from the channels to which I am subscribed.

Does the email have a footer? There, in small letters, you can most likely find a link to unsubscribe. The same thing happened with Google+ and a number of other products.
