I understand that for a schoolboy who first encountered design, it’s not bad. However, at the sight of this, I myself have a desire to quickly close the application and forget about it.
In general, after reflection, I came to the conclusion that I have two ways:
1) In any way, expand the functionality so that the content is at least enough for the side navigation menu;
2) Pull everything out with beautiful animations, washing down the dynamic weather indicator, as in weather applications.

What is the application supposed to do? What problem to solve?
Nobody cares about the visual if the task runs without problems. And if there are problems, they will say that the application is ugly.
