How to beat flickering in Mangaro KDE on VmwareWorkstation?

Actually, subject. System 20.1.2 installs without blinking, then I update the packages and the plasma panel, the program menus start jumping like seizures. And flickers only what belongs to the plasma, as I understand it. Video playback is ok, browsers are ok, system settings display is ok. On the same virtual machine, the same manjara with XFCE works without graphic jambs.


Open-vm-tools are installed. Kernel 5.8.18-1. Installed different drivers. Vsync tried all options. OpenGL3, OpenGL2, Xrender tried.
PS The flickering disappears when the video-vesa driver is installed, but with this configuration in the virtual system it is not possible to set the screen resolution to 1920x1080, maximum 1024x768.
