I'm not an adult, and now I came to freelancing, in principle, orders and money are already coming (only to a friend who is 18), more precisely, on his card. If I issue a card for myself and I will receive "gifts" in the amount of up to 20k rubles.
What should be done in my case? Pay taxes? Will they get jailed for this? And the last friend will be nothing?
ps fop is not open at all, nothing is open, there is a passport and that's it. Like, I just learned html and went freelancing, you might say.

1) If you provide paid services, you need to open a legal entity, keep accounts and pay taxes.
2) If now your friend is not a legal entity, then he can be punished, because he does it not officially and does not pay tax.
And I'm afraid that the tax authorities will not believe in "gifts" from people not related to you.

Yes, taxes must be paid, 171 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and tax articles have not been canceled, with an income of up to 1.5 million (if I'm not mistaken) it's not worth itching for two years, there is only the Code of Administrative Offenses. Since here it is possible to pull up a conspiracy of persons, then 5 years of prison have already been earned in theory, if you get, say, 60-70k per month, stably for a couple of years.
