Do you have a good resource with information security regulations in mind?

Hello everyone, maybe someone knows how to quickly learn to understand all the regulatory background of information security in our country (including 187 FZ and those that follow from it)?
I also want to look at some equally good guide (or cheatsheet, or resource, or in what other form it will be) regarding all sorts of world standards like ISO, OWASP, NIST and so on.
