Why are Google Play developer accounts blocked?

My app was blocked due to intellectual property infringement. Just like Guess the Anime. I highly do not recommend anything to "try" to change, to agree. Never write to Google support if it's not the first time you've broken it. They will see, and even add, the account will be deleted, and you will be left with nothing. Therefore, if you have already decided to write applications for Android, then in order not to violate their license agreement, always create "your own". If you take something from someone, negotiate. I say all this from personal experience, after contacting those. support, they just simply decided to block me, and not try to "clearly" explain the essence of the problem. In general, it is better not to write to them, they will never help you.
Today, I registered a new developer account, registration was successful. I will no longer post my old projects, much less rewrite them. I don't want any more problems, at the moment I'm writing a completely new application that will not violate their license agreement. The old account had to be forgotten, and no longer logged in. I had to register a new bank card, clear cookies, in general, so as not to burn. If you do not want such a harsh activity - do not violate and carefully read what Google writes.
Of course, it's a pity the time spent on writing the old application, but what can you do, it's your own fault - and sort out the problem yourself. At the moment, I posted the application as free on some forums, so let the users rejoice and have a good time playing the game.

1. Documents confirming your rights to the domain (for SPA / API)
2. Do not try to deceive yourself by "borrowing" other people's work: use only your copyright objects and code .
