How to backup Windows 10 activation?
There is Windows 10 updated from 7. Now I need to install another OS, but in the future I plan to return to Windows 10. How can I backup the activation so that I can immediately install 10 and restore the activation?
PS: I heard that activation at 10 is tied to the account and the current equipment, and it is enough to log into your account after installation, but I did not find an exact confirmation of this.

Activation after upgrading from 7.8 is tied to the current hardware.
Then download, for example, the required iso from here (you need to take into account the version and language) and install. During installation, when prompted for a serial number, press skip, after the installation is completed, when the Internet appears, it is activated.

Pull out the activation key from Windows (the software is easily googled). I want to note that even if you have the key of the previous OS in UEFI or the back cover, it is different from the 10 key and you cannot activate it.
