How to set up a backup via SQL?

There is software: it has a database (SQl) and a backup (daily).
How to set up a daily backup of the database and backups via MS SQL to another (local or network folder, cloud, FTP).
Maybe they will recommend to back up differently

There are many ways:
1. Task with backup in SQL Agent.
2. Task in a Windows scheduler with backup running using sqlcmd
3. Use specialized backup software that can make MSSQL backups, such as Symantec Backup Exec.
