How to backup, and most importantly, quickly restore data in MS SQL?

Hello!

There is a large and powerful server with MS SQL 2014, which contains a very large and heavy database ~ 4 Tb.
There are no problems with its backup and restoration by regular means, the problem is only in the speed of restoration, which is 5-6 hours.

It happens that users or developers drop some data or even entire tables from there, which then need to be quickly restored.

Is there any backup method that allows you to restore part of the data or individual tables in record time?

Regular backup does not know how, but you can look for other utilities that can do this functionality.
Or instead of a backup / in parallel with a backup, export specific tables, and in which case, do a drop and import for them.

Veeam Backup with granular recovery.
You set up GuestProcessing, process the transaction log, backup (increments, etc.)
You need to restore - run a granular restore - restore the desired table
https://www.veeam.com/ru/sharepoint-ad-sql-exchang... - here marketing and video with an example.
What is not written and not obvious - the version of MS SQL on the DBMS server and Veeam should be as close as possible.
