How to backup multiple computers?

Advise please the utility for backups.
Requirements:
- Windows
- differential (or there integral) archiving.
- backup rotate on different schedules (monthly and daily copies are stored for different periods, are not deleted if previous backups are locked)
- support for volume shadow copy (but not entirely, but only some folders to backup)
- support for pouring into the cloud and for any ssh
- reports to the mail (or there to a file) so that I can control and the central part for control.
- Work without a domain (because you want to shove different independent organizations into all this).
- integrity control of archive files based on sha-1 for example.
No matter how much I dug, I could not find anything like it.
Part of it is made on the basis of 7z (differential archiving), part is done with the help of hands (look at the archiver's reports), and part is completely absent.
