How to backup mail in Outlook for Mac 2011 if regular "export" in outlook freezes during work?

The task is to make a backup copy of all letters on a macbook 2011. From the mail client Outlook 2011 for Mac. The built-in Outlook utility "Export" process comes to random progress and outlook hangs tightly. Without any activity. Outlook x32.
I tried to save not on ssd, but on an external drive, on a flash drive (the most "successful" option. The unfinished olm file was 5.6 GB in size). What other options are there for backing up mail?
