How to stop the standard web server?

Apache HTTP Server

On my Macbook ElCapitan, I accidentally turned on the web server with the command sudo apachectl start
and now, using the localhost link, I have a page with the inscription Its Works
, how can I disable it? Tried sudo apachectl stop
it still works.
And if it suddenly fails to turn it off in the future during web development, does it hurt anywhere?
