How to back up applications before reinstalling Windows?
Good day.
A few days ago I became the proud owner of an SSD. On, waiting for its replacement, the HDD is Windows 8.1Pro x64. The OS itself is already pretty lame and asks for reinstallation. So it was decided not to transfer the system image from the HDD to the SSD, but to put a "clean" OS there.
The problem is that there are a bunch of already configured programs. There is no desire to re-install them, configure and comb them, after reinstalling Windows. it will take more than one evening, and there is not much free time, and you can spend it much more pleasantly.
Question: is it possible to somehow make a backup copy of the necessary applications, reinstall Windows and roll the applications back? As, for example, does Titanium Backup on Android. I understand that these are completely different OSes, but maybe it will be more clear what you need to get as a result.
Shaman gatherings on google did not lead to anything good.
I would be very grateful for constructive help.

Hmm, everything is very strange, the system is lame, it’s not clear why, so it needs to be installed on a new one, but the fact that the installed software could break this system is normal to transfer it to a new one.
The fact is that a lot of software threw entries into the registry, dll into system folders, etc., it makes no sense to transfer, + it is not clear whether it will then work
IMHO a clean system + installed software with 0 = 100% operation of the System and software
