How to backup Ceph Object Storage?

There is (planned) a Ceph cluster for several TB of rarely changed data, there was a backup problem. I googled, found only some plugins for Bareos (I decided that it was not serious) and one command like export, the rest is related to backups ON Ceph, and not WITH Ceph. And the target must be a tape library. So it’s interesting how to take backups with Ceph in general. Does anyone here have experience with this?
