Can't deal with BackupPC

Habr, such a thing. I recently installed BackupPC. The goal is to backup vps (via ssh) and the server (via sftp) to your home server.

That's just all the installation of BackupPC and ended. I just can not figure it out and understand how to set up a backup. And there is simply no manov in the network, where the complete process is described.

Can someone help with setting up a backup step by step? And that doesn't work. :(

Search Google for "backuppc ssh key sudo rsync".
In the very first articles found, all this is chewed up, incl. in Russian.
In short, the backuppc pseudo-user is set up on all computers, it is given the right to log in via ssh with key authorization and execute sudo rsync without a password.

backuppc.sourceforge.net/faq/BackupPC.html#Step-5 :-Client-Setup - SFTP is not listed.
There are two options left:
1) mount remote directories via sshfs + fuse and set backuppc against a local directory,
2) add sftp support to backuppc after seeing how it works with ssh and ftp.
