How to avoid tracking from Yandex?

"20 organizations are waiting for your assessment ...." - such a notification was recently highlighted to me by Yandex Market. Everything would be fine, but in the list, in addition to the stores in which I bought something by moving from the Market, there were also places with the Yandex Market that were not connected at all. In particular, a holiday home, where I bought tickets through the website of the holiday home itself (well, suppose that Yandex cookies could be there, although I have a corn cutter), and a grocery store that does not have online orders at all.
It turns out that Yandex is spying on the location. I have a lot of applications from Yandex on my phone. Is there any data through which surveillance is being carried out, or is it better to demolish everything?

The problem is much deeper than Yandex. All search engines, social networks and other services track user behavior using all sorts of metrics, widgets and others.
There is a cool Brave Browser project from the creator of Mozilla and Javascript - Brendan Ike. By default, all ads and all trackers are blocked. It works better than any ad blocker extensions.
There is a search engine that does not store history and does not do any duckduckgo tracking . In general, of course, it is not yet a replacement for Google, but some links in Google and Yandex are banned, but duckduckgo finds it.

I will also add Firefox Multi-Account Containers , in which you can create profiles with isolated cookies.

Everyone is "spying".
Facebook, Google, Yandex, etc. - everyone who can afford it purely technically.
"If you do not pay for a product, then you are a product"
If you do not pay for Yandex, Facebook, Google, then they need to earn somehow ....
So they sell your data.

Do not use Yandex products and block metrics on websites.

Good morning - installed applications from Yandex and want to not be followed?
1) Remove them nafig. What applications are there that are desperately needed and that cannot be opened on a laptop?
2) Social networks - do not be logged in.
3) And use ublock
