How to build an HTTP PUT request in App Inventor 2?

I want to control esp8266 via ThingSpeak TolkBack because I'm on a gray IP. The hardware is ready and working, the task was to write a convenient application for the phone. AI2 is the most accessible for me here , but I can’t figure out how to organize an HTTP PUT request like "Update a TalkBack Command" from the first link in it. Who can help with an example?
