How to avoid "artificially hung" connections?

For example, connecting via http to the allgstat.ru domain at 216.218.185.162, the connection will constantly hang in the ESTAB state.

ESTABmeans ESTABLISHED, i.e. established, and not hung , and even more so, artificially . If it is set, then someone expects to receive data on it and he needs it.

Well, remove the keep-alive header when requesting curl / wget, this will not happen. And if you still need to, configure the rule in iptables conntrack.
