How to automatically generate all links when exporting pdf from adobe indesign?

When exporting a layout from indesign to pdf, only phrases like www.site.com become links, while site.com remains plain text. Is it possible somewhere to set up more masks by which links will be generated when exporting to pdf. Pdf version is used for online viewing

Type -> Hyperlinks and Cross-References -> Convert URLs to Hyperlinks -> Convert All
from site.com will definitely work (hyperlink will be added with the required prefix)
