How to automatically fill in the addresses of counterparties?

In 1C, it is possible to fill in some details of the counterparty by clicking the "Fill in by TIN" button in the counterparty's card. In particular, the addresses of the counterparty are filled in. There is a need to upload counterparties to 1C Accounting from an external program. And I would like to fill in their addresses from an official source.
Is there a way in a typical configuration to perform this same "Fill ..." in bulk? Or it is necessary to search for processing / write?
