In 1C incorrectly uploads to excel?

Dear, please help with 1C.
1C workflow 7 version.
When unloading a document in excel through time is incorrect. Columns are missing.
What can be wrong?

0) What is "1C workflow 7 version"? Apparently this is either your know-how or a solution not certified by the vendor. A typical solution called " 1C: Document Management " first appeared on platform version 8.2 and bears the number 8 in the name. Its predecessor was called "1C: Archive" and was a separate program written in Visual C ++.
My experience is that in this case there are two types of problems:
1) there are columns, but their width is zero - check the column names.
2) there is a floating error in the unloading code, which under some circumstances does not allow to complete the generation of the output file - you need to run the solution in debug mode and go through all the steps of the algorithm.
