How to automate the creation of a new project on mac?

Hello.
I am developing websites. When creating a new project, I have to copy the folder with templates every time, rename some files, create a database, a hosting site, create projects in trello, toggl, todoist and other systems. The systems have an API, it's not a problem to create it remotely through a script.
I saw a webinar in which they showed how to copy the project folder, rename the folder, download the workpiece from the github and further using a single command in the terminal, but I could not find the video.
Prompt in what direction to dig? I do not want to reinvent the wheel, because the topic is hackneyed.

Ansible for example. Make templates and go. But it will not only be for poppy.
On Mac you can use automator - https://appstudio.org/automator
