How to disable auto-start apps in Yosemite?

Every time the computer boots up, the system (Yosemite) tries to launch the applications that were open before when shutting down .... I would like to disable this feature!
We are not talking about applications from the auto-launch list in the settings!

When you turn off, uncheck the Restore applications once and it will be unchecked by default all the time.
