How to assemble a team for a startup?

Several times I tried to find people through acquaintances and using connections in my field, but people either want to work for a stable high salary or are not ready to create something new, investing their strength in the future.

I am not ready to give 85% of the income to the investor in the long term for the initial financing of the project.

— Storyline

— Office (workplace)
— Project Manager

Required:

— Developer (for Android/iPhone) x2
— Designer (illustrator) of interfaces and buttons
