Is it possible to return an iPhone 4s under warranty due to iOS 9?

Actually, the problem is that with iOS 9.2.1 (as with the entire line of versions 8 and 9), the phone slows down, which is very annoying. It is not possible to roll back to version 6-7. The phone is still under warranty for a year. Is it possible to return for such a subjective reason?
