Welcome all!
There was such an unpleasant situation:
When the iOS 7 beta appeared with the ability to install it without a developer account, I immediately installed it. However, a little time has passed and the phone is blocked and requires that the UDID be added to the list of the developer account, therefore I ask you to help either roll back the firmware, or who does not mind adding my UDID to your developer account. I tried to rollback / update / rearrange the firmware in different ways - all attempts without success, both in normal mode and in DFU mode.

Thank you all, the issue is resolved, thanks to IvanFF and max475imus habrausers for their help in resolving the issue.
In addition, I want to note that for those who faced the same problem, adding a UDID to the developer account was not enough, the device refused to activate, calls to the support did not give anything. After adding the UDID, I had to transfer the phone to DFU mode and do a recovery. Updated to normal iOS 7 and after that restored phone from backup.
