this is all that I can change for now, I won’t nerf like cyberpunk or Horizon, I mainly play slightly demanding horror games with friends or I like to play this pro in GTA 5 and video should be enough

What is the PC for?
Video cards are already very outdated. Take something with a memory of 4GB or more. Better from 6GB
RAM should ideally go with 2 slats. Ie 8GB x2pcs
Disk - you need an ssd for the system. You can put the usual second, for storing information. And it's better from 1tb and definitely 7200rpm
Power supply - don't take Aerocool. Consider the thermal take, FSP
And the monitor - it's too small for me... I'm over 23”
Budget assembly, if for office work - then a lot is superfluous, if for games - then only on average settings. There is not enough memory, the vidyukha is thin. Monitor 21 "- it will not be enough. I advise you to shrink a little with the processor and take 16G memory - now take a system with 8G - this is only taken to the office.
It all ended with the fact that I bought a PC for 13,000 on an olx. Prots 8 cores fx 8350 (2011 But powerful), Vidyuha 1060 6 GB, 16 g of RAM, 2 bars each. I am very happy with the purchase for such a price, who wants a new PC for himself, buy better used but powerful and at a normal price.
